Staka has over 15 years of experience within the Chartered Accounting profession and Commerce giving her a strong understanding of not only technical matters, but of what is really required to run a business.
Prior to co-founding Navarra Kovac, Staka held senior finance positions at Pacific Equity Partners (PEP), one of Australia’s largest and most successful private equity firms, and William Buck, a top 20 Chartered Accounting firm, where she specialised in the provision of a range of accounting and taxation services for individuals and small to medium businesses.
Staka has experience within a number of industries including private equity and investment firms, media and entertainment, food manufacturing, property investment and development, securities and commodities trading, textiles, software development and distribution, retail and other service businesses.
Staka holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ) .
